Dean wanted to believe that the Djinn granted his wish, but became convinced that he is only dreaming. During the dream, he would see a ghostly version of a young girl dressed in white flickering before vanishing. During his time in the fantasy, the Djinn feeds on Dean's blood, weakening him gradually.
