Circe Sionis (Arrowverse)
Circe Sionis is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongsideEnigma) of Season 2 of the TV seriesBatwoman. She is the daughter ofRoman Sionis/Black Mask who was killed during a prison riot at Arkham Asylum.
She is played byWallis Day, who also played Kate Kane (wearing Circe's face) in the same season.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Circe was born toRoman Sionis/Black Mask, the CEO of Janus Cosmetics, and became a model as an adult. However, she was arrested and sent to the Arkham Asylum for gouging the eyes of a man who assaulted her. While in Arkham,Alice andMouse jokingly called her the "Can't CEO Killer".
Death[]
In mid-2020, she was killed during a prison riot at Arkham.
Legacy[]
Her death would lead Sionis to brainwash a captured Kate Kane into thinking she's Circe, even disfiguring her face and forcing Alice to surgically implant Circe's face on Kate. Even after being freed fromEnigma's hypnosis, she still keeps Circe's face since her own was damaged beyond fixing.
