PE Proposal: The Overseer (Kingdom Rush: Alliance)
It's been a while, so I should probably start to work a bit more on the proposals I have been planning for a while. So why not starting with a proposal from a franchise I have been a fan since I was a child? Kingdom Rush, to be precise. I still remember playing the first game on my computer not long after it came out, and now the series evolved a lot since back then. And if we want to start making proposals about this franchise, why not starting with the character that sets the standards in the first place?
But before that, as always I highly suggest to play the games yourself or watch some videos on Youtube to make your own mind about the character discussed and to avoid spoilers. On top of that, I would like to specify that in this propos…
PE Proposal: Wooly the Sheep
Hello! Welcome to my first proposal on this wiki. So, I've been recently added to the whitelist, which means I can finally propose characters, hooray! Anyways, Amanda the Adventurer 3 has recently released, the finale of the game-series, and dang I played a bit after and it was even better then I thought it would be, anyways, I'm a huge fan of the trilogy and I have been since the first game dropped a few years ago.
Anyways, the biggest twist of the third game was definitely Wooly the Sheep turning out to be the true main antagonist of the game-series all along, something that was so obvious when looking back at all the hints, but something also so well-hidden, I can't believe I was rooting for this dude to escape and survive and thought he…
Pure Evil Re-Proposal: Gideon Graves
Hello Villains Wiki!
It has been a hot minute since I last made a proposal on here. I hope you have all been well. Today I have to come discuss a villain who was rejected from before but was agreed by the community to deserve a second look. And having read the books for the first time, and re-read them for this proposal... yeah, I'd say he's worth another look.
Permission was granted by Jester of chaos, so thanks to him!

PE Proposal: Blaine Rothschild from V/H/S Halloween
Yep, I really don't care that Halloween is over, I will finish the job. Continuing with what I started in the last proposal, we will now focus in another horrible person but this time from the latest of the movies, one that occurs in Halloween, cause its the perfect moment for that... Anyways, do you know that this soda known as Diet Phantasma is the best drink ever?... come on, take a sip.

PE Proposal: Tadashi Hasegawa
So, there's been talk aboutChainsaw Man and how far the story's gone off so far, and what appears to be the endgame of the second saga, we're finally at the standing point where Pochita and Yoru duke it all out. In the meantime, there weren't any more promising candidates, given all of them have very complex but damning mitigations for all the heinous things they've pulled, even freaking Barem of all people is out of the list, I hate him still regardless, and we all know why. However, there's potentially one left in the bag of sand, and he is quite easily the most forgettable character to miss out on, but regardless, he does have the necessities, just on a very weak perspective. Arguably speaking.
Best to just make the rundown and quickly he…
Pure Evil Proposal: The Colonel (Fist of the North Star)
More Fist of the North Star potentials. This is one that was approved once, but his proposal turned out to be plagarized, so here goes with a new proposal. This proposal is also built off the one I wrote on Troper’s Hub

Fist of the North Star is a heavily influential manga series made in the 1980s, to the point that it is often credited for being the pioneer for the Shonen genre as a whole.
It’s 199X, and due to a nuclear war, 80% of humanity has been wiped out and the world is a post-apocalyptic hellhole where pretty much everyone struggles to survive. Enter Kenshiro, the curre…
PE Proposal: Hogwood from Sinners
I watched Sinners. It was a good film with compelling characters. This isn't one of them.

Sinners is a very good 2025 film directed and written by Ryan Coogler that follows gangsters Elijah "Smoke" Moore (Michael B. Jordan) and Elias "Stack" Moore (Michael B. Jordan) as they attempt to set up a juke joint for the black community they grew up with, and rope in their little cousin Sammie (Miles Caton) to help out. Vampires happen and what remains of the staff and attendees have to survive one night at Club Juke. Hogwood's here too, I guess.
Hogwood is introduced selling a saw mill to the Michael Jordans for their joint. They question why it seems like it's been recent…
Pure Evil Proposal: The Devil (Cuphead)
This might be the strongest leap I've made thus far for a Pure Evil proposal. Talked alot with members and figured... eh, why not. And as somebody that's played this game hundreds upon hundreds of times for years on end, I thought I was pretty qualified to make this.

PE Proposal: Superman (Bill Dunn)
I was going back and forth on this guy, especially for his weird as hell ending. But I decided to give him a shot as I got him up on the other websites. Pure Evil Proposal - Richard L'Italien
Time for my twenty-fifth PE proposal, and my tenth of the year, with my most recent being in October. This will also be my first time proposing a TV show candidate, (although I did propose a TV movie villain more than two years ago). There are four proposals active at the moment, with one removal.

PE Proposal: Bobby from V/H/S/85
https://tropershub.forumotion.com/t83p630-cm-proposal-thread#12210

V/H/S/85 is the sixth installment of the horror anthology found footage films of V/H/S. PE Proposal: King Zuou
NOTE:For cautious measures, this proposal may include extremely graphic stuff that may be left off in context alone and explained as you go. Please read at your own risk.
Just about several months back, and to anyone's knowledge so far, y'all might be familiar with the messed-up animanga that isAkame ga Kill, and its incredibly skewed worldbuilding in the making. Pretty sure, it was a sight not worth looking back, and a majority of weebs did so for the sake of falling head over heels for Esdeath (admittedly, I used to be one of them before toning down my opinion, she's fine for a baddie but the Tatsumi stuff aged badly). Turns out, to my discovery not long back, some might've overlooked a sequel Takahiro had in mind. Many had very high hope…
PE Removal: Cassandra Nova (MCU)
Hello everyone. So this is going to be the first time I am removing someone from this wiki. From what I recall, the original post on her was mixed—some were for her qualifying while others didn’t feel she did—so I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up controversial.
I got permission to do this from Jester of Chaos.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe (M.C.U.) is a series of superhero films created by Marvel Studios which is based on the comic books. It has multiple films where the protagonists learn to become heroes as they stop their respective villains. The first saga has them trying to stop Thanos from collecting the Infinity Stones so he could wipe out half of all life in the universe to prevent overpopulation.

PE Proposal: Megabyte (Reboot: The Guardian Code)
Hello everyone. So this was a character that got approved before, but as far as I am aware that was only the version that appeared in the original show due to the canon discrepanciesReboot: The Guardian Code had. Curiosity regarding his status got the best of me here, hence me going back to this mediocre show and making this (to this day, can’t believe they made an episode where the User is a middle aged fanboy who lives in his parents basement; as much as I would have liked seeing a face to the User, this feels like a mockery to fans of the original, don’t get me started on that scene where Dot is hiding behind Enzo). PE Proposal - Theron from 300
Watched the 300 films recently, had a blast with the first one, second one not so much, and found this guy in particular to be a reprehensible scumbag. Seeing as to how he's been agreed to qualify for the trope, I figured I'd tackle him. Let's get right to it.

PE Proposal: Combustion "Sparky-Sparky Boom" Man
Kicking off this November, I'll be handling a very underrated baddie from the beloved AtLA franchise, yes, I'm talkingAvatar (not the one with the blue alien stuff and shet). Hell yeah.
Revisiting the Third Book: Fire, a timeless classic and everyone's favorite arc that closed the series' chapters, there was another hookliner of a candidate to add in the roster and it's one that we never expected but surprised to learn that it's from everyone's favorite underrated badass who not ounce uttered a single word and made fun of its name since his real one remained a mystery, but that's where all the fun kicks in. Now, yes, he's mostly after our heroes and trying to kill them each chance he's got, doesn't sound like heinous material to me. However,…
PE Proposal: Monster King Orochi
Well, I was talking with some friends and been both rewatching the anime, along with rereading certain chapters of the manga, I initially dismiss this guy, but I think he's worth a relook. If he does pass, Fuhrer Ugly won't be the One Punch Man villain up as PE. I'll also be copying and pasting some bits from my EPs I had done on the Troper's Hub. Also, considering season three is currently out, thought it be a perfect time to bring him up.

PE Proposal: Toshiro Dogo
I've been reading a manga called Marriage Toxin lately, and I've been eyeing out for candidates to put up on this wiki, at first, people in this story at least pass the baseline, but then they redeem themselves usually for the villains up until this point in the franchise. PE Proposal: Archbishop Augustine
Back when I was wrapping up high school, I discovered the most interesting Youtube Channel, called "Universal Heat". With how Indie Animation has been on the rise throughout the years, it baffles me that this Youtuber is so underrated since he has, in my opinion, some of the most high quality original animated videos of his time. He recently made a comeback with his newest original movie, called Song in the Sky, a beautiful post apocalyptic short story with his first lesbian protagonist Angela, and it's without a doubt his best video yet. But that story isn't the subject of today's proposal.
The story that made a UH fan was another post apocalyptic story in a 13 video series calledthe Thirteenth Crusade. Even though the titular war is desig…
PE Proposal: The Spectre from Forsaken

PE Proposal: The Terrifier Fraud
October 31st, folks. You know what that means...HAPPY HAMMYWEEN!!!
Hope y'all are prepared on the day terror and spooky shet comes crawling out of your bedroom, because today's candidate is utmostterrifying, and a massive copycat inspired afterTerrifier itself, particularly a certain clown painted like a mime. There is no coincidence that the villain of the work shares similarities, except for one minor detail: this one is an actual demon at hand. So, the game is kinda thin on plot, but it does give back old vibes of classic 80s slasher flicks, and above all else, pretty horrible voice-acting in a hilarious sense. Still a decent game that builds up suspense and tension as you progress. But I'll cut to the chase, the candidate will serve as …

PE Proposal: Alberta Saxby, from Awful Auntie
So my first proposal was a small success. How could I outdo that one? By following it up with a candidate who may be even worse.
A while ago, The Tooth Witch was proposed, and when I made my vote on that, I remember thinking just how evil villains from David Walliams' books could be. So I started rifling through my old Walliams books, and I dug out a particularly nasty lady.

Pullman
|image=Unwritten18 pullman.png}}Pullman is the main overarching villain of the 2010 fantasy graphic novel/comic series The Unwritten, and the 2014 sequel, The Unwritten apocalypse.
In The Unwritten, characters can take on ancient archetypes, with Pullman taking that of the betrayer. In the story, he explains himself to be Cain, the biblical figure who'd kill his brother Abel. However, it is shown that his past is more obscure than that, being shown to appear in the epic of Gilgamesh. Due to his connection to the stories humanity told, Pullman got a deep connection with the Leviathan, the collective unconscious of all stories. After thousands of years of being alive, he began to resent the Leviathan, going on a destructive path to both kill …

I should note, I am ONLY doing the Timothy Karnes Sabbac and one from the Pre-Crisis era, not from any other incarnation. Separating Psychopathic and Sociopathic Villains

Reminder not to be changing the PE templates on certain articles.
Hey everyone. It's come to my attention that the Pure Evil Wiki has officially implemented Silly Pure Evils in their proposal system, which is fine and dandy. That said, this hasnot been officially implemented on the Villains Wiki (at least at the time I'm writing this). We are still using the template for serious villains only.
The reason this is being brought up is because recently a certain villain was approved as a Silly PE on the Pure Evil Wiki and that has led to some users messing around with the template on his page, ultimately leading to all-out edit war. So to give the heads up, please refrain from messing with the PE templates on approved/rejected articles here, just because a certain villain was either approved or rejected as a S…
Pure Evil Proposal - Mrs. Collins
Halloween is only a week away, with that in mind I've got my twenty-fourth proposal on hand, with my last being twenty-seven days ago. As I write this there are nine proposals active. PE Proposal: Elizabeth Báthory and Hellyn deVill
Back with a duo set for this time of Spooky Month. Likewise, given where I propose my comic book candidates, a friend of mine hooked me up with a particular set of one-shots from the myth archives belonging to centuries' worth of content tailing to who else than the diabolical, deliciously hammy, and dreadful Count Dracula. Bleh bleh bleh. There was a time I tried to do them for last year's Halloween, but got a bit sidetracked or something. Anyways, after some hefty reading, I'm about to get down on delivering the trickiest of treats. Ironically, both candidates Drac was up against are both women, his usual and favorite kind of target. Yet, what they've done after he dealt with them is kinda warranted.
That said, on this early Halloween's d…
Pure Evil Proposal: Jei (TMNT 2012)
So, this series might actually have another Pure Evil villain. He's less destructive than the currently approved PEs, but he might do just enough to stand out.

ThatTime I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: ISEKAI Memories is a mobile game by Bandai that is mobile game based on the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime mobile game.
Mokshan is major antagonist who is a copy of Clayman created by Izis where he would serve as a major antagonist in the Mad City event storyline trying to have the Mirror World override the Central World in his own image.
He would make several Majin in Loup Loupe wish for his freedom only to end up in the main Mirror World where he would conspire with Izis in helping her out of pragmatic reasons wi…
PE Proposal: Mallory (Mysticons)
Hello everyone. This is going to be my first proposal here. The character I am nominating is Mallory from Mysticons.
- 1What's the work?
- 2Who is she? What has she done?
- 3Mitigating factors?
- 4Heinous Standards?
Mysticons is an animated series created by Sean Jara. The series follows four teenage girls named Arkayma, Zarya, Emerald, and Piper who are chosen by an artifact known as the Dragon Disk to become second generation heroes called Mysticons. Throughout the series, they use their powers to protect Drake City from threats such as Dreadbane who spends a good portion of the first season trying to release Necrafa.
Mallory is a member of the Vexicons who serves as Arkayna's equivalent. Basically, after donning the remaining of Necrafa’s mask, Pro…
PE Proposal: John Wakefield from Harper's Island
- 1What's the work?
- 2Who is he? What has he done?
- 3Mitigating factors
- 4Heinous standards
- 5Verdict
Harper's Island is an American thriller/whodunnit mystery series created for the CBS.
The show is about Abby, a young woman who returns to her enigmatic place of birth, Harper's Island, for the wedding of her best friend Henry Dunn.
Unfortunately, chaos would ensue as a series of gruesome murders are striking the celebration, presumably committed by a serial killer who died long time ago.
There's a lot to cover up here so I'll try to be concise:
John Wakefield was a simple fisherman who was in a relationship with a teenager named Sarah.
However, Wakefield was possessive and abusive with her. This caused Sarah to take off when she found out that she was pre…
PE Proposal: The Prince, from Bullet Train
Greetings, people! My name is Aslam113! After two, three years, I have finally made it to the PE whitelist!
Now, let’s get things started. I read the bookBullet Train back in 2022 (great book by the way, one of the funniest and most thrilling books I've ever read), and one character who really stood out to me wasSatoshi Ōji/The Prince. As soon as I found out that “Pure Evil Proposals” were a thing, I immediately figured he could count. He was the very first candidate I had in mind to propose.
Let’s not waste time. I’ve had my eye on this sucker for alooong time.

PE Proposal: The Monster from Winter of '83
Time for another analog horror entity for this Spooky Month, this time we get into the snowy town that is Fawn's Circle… where mysteriously nearly all people there disappeared in the winter of 83, although multiple videos and audios were found which uncovered what actually happened here… So can you help me with this?

PE Removal Proposal: King Magnifico
I've had my doubts with him counting ever since I saw him being approved after watching the movie. Having recently rewatched it, yeah, I don't think Magnifico here really counts. So here we go, my first removal! I don't think I'll do many, unless I come across a character I'm familiar with and disagree with them qualifying, like this case here.
Thanks yet again toShockwaveDude120 for giving me permission to do this removal.

PE Proposal: Doctor Death, from DC Comics
Note:This proposal is meant to cover the character's Bronze Age and Post-Crisis history. Any other elements or versions of the character (Golden Age, New 52) shouldn't be brought up here.
The firstsupervillain Batman's ever fought. Kinda ironic that, for the guy whose archenemy is one of the most iconic PEs in fiction, his first recurring enemy of note wasalso a purely evil bastard.
