Rooibos (hay còn gọi là Hồng trà Nam Phi), tên khoa họcAspalathus linearis, là một loàithực vật có hoa tronghọ Đậu. Loài này được (Burm.f.) R.Dahlgren miêu tả khoa học đầu tiên.[2]

Rooibos thường được trồng ở vùngCederberg, một khu vực đồi núi nhỏ ở tỉnhTây Cape củaNam Phi.[3]
