Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are essential members of the UofL Health team and are treated as such. They impact the comfort, care and compassion experienced by our patients and guests.

We have volunteer opportunities at the following locations:

*We accept volunteers 16 years of age or older:

16yrs-17yrs

  • Parental Consent Form
  • Immunizations Records
    • MMR (2)
    • Varicella (1)
  • TB Test (Quantiferon-blood draw)
  • Flu (October-April)
  • Orientation/Training

18yrs and Older

  • Background Check
  • Immunizations Records
    • MMR (2)
    • Varicella (1)
  • TB Test (Quantiferon-blood draw)
  • Flu (October-April)
  • Orientation/Training

All volunteers must complete the above requirements.
