It is a positive psych originally exclusive toJupiter of the Monkey. To activate it, slash up on an enemy. Neku will move in and strike three times, sending the enemy into the air. Vulcan Uppercut pins are categorized under Aclass.

Analysis[]

All three Vulcan Uppercut pins behave the same way, soKusanagi is the best pin.Rakuyo's half-second reboot advantage is insignificant. It is a decent juggle starter, but not as good asPiercing Pillar. At 45% efficiency, it is a competent filler pin when the player's pin collection mostly consists of psychs with 35% efficiency or less. Therefore, the psych is simply average, but average is good enough for the first half of the main game.

A New Day introducedKATON NO JUTSU, a pin which, like many of the newly added pin, uses a modified version of the psych. In this case, in addition to the standard attack, it produces a trail of flames behind Neku as he closes in to attack, which notably deals Negative damage to any Noise that gets caught in Neku's wake.
