Crawler is a fixed effectpsych exclusive toRed Skull. It slows Neku down and prevents him fromdashing. However, psychs that require Neku to dash, such asVelocity Crash, orVelocity Attack will still work properly.

Neku must equip Red Skull to meet a certainobjective. Other than that, it is a handicap pin. Bizarrely, if a Bigbansprog or Orchesprog latches onto Neku while this pin is equipped, the combined slowdown effects will cause him to movebackwards.
This pin is only obtainable in day 6 of week 1 or inShadow Ramen.
