Notably the ending toPatlabor the Movie(Into the Morning Sunshine) highlighting the upbeat "success" of stopping a potential robotic catastrophe, and the trackWyvern toPatlabor the Movie 2, played during the more tense moments of the film, namely the"Kill Wyvern" and the "AH-88 attack sequence on Tokyo" scenes from the movie.

• The OP of theVampire Princess Miyu OAV series. As well asRanka the Beautiful Girl from the second OVA, andNow comes the conclusion, from the third OAV.Heartbreakinglybeautiful. He contributed to the music for theVampire Princess Miyu TV anime as well and gave us a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack for that too, led by the opening theme,Heartbeat of Shinma.
• Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit and this song,"Nahji no Uta". A perfect match for the anime'sHeartwarming Moment.
  • Pretty much all of Moribito's soundtrack is so spectacular."Omoi Haruka" makes you happy to be alive.
• Pretty much the entirety of the score fromMobile Suit Gundam 00. Notable tracks of awesomeness can be foundhere.
• Higurashi: When They Cry: The animeOSTs were made by him and feature some of the scariest tracks in anime.
  • And"Oshin". If there's a more terrifying theme that could be used inthat scene...
  • Then for pure musical awesome:"Ran" and"Main Theme".
• The Sky Crawlers:
  • The appropriately named"Adler Tag" is a highlight of his work from that movie, accompanying a gradual buildup of warplanes for a massiveBattle of Britain-style raid.

  • "Krakow", played during the team's visit to the eponymous city.
