
Amelia Mulcahy quits Seven News role
Weather presenter trades on-air duties for family time.

More changes in South Australian news, this time withSeven News weather presenter Amelia Mulcahy opting to depart her role.
She has spent 12 years in the role but wants to be home for family and her young children Grace and Ted.
Mulcahy will present her last weather bulletin on Friday, February 13.
She is staying atSeven News in a new yet-to-be-determined role. She also is launching the second season of her podcast, Words Grow Minds, with former federal minister and Raising Literacy Australia chief executive Kate Ellis.
Adelaide News Director Mark Mooney said, “Amelia is – and will continue to be – a wonderful part of the7NEWS team and we wish her nothing but the best in this next chapter.
“Amelia has kept South Australians informed about the weather for the past twelve years and has brought such joy and professionalism to the role.”
