Plot[]

After their battle, the heroes meet another pair of demon slayers,Yuzuriha Nekoi andKusanagi Shiyuu, and bring them back to the cafe. Yuzuriha explains the demon classification system while Fai treats them to some chocolate fondant.

Later, after the guests have left,Sakura bringsSyaoran some hot chocolate. She starts to ask about her past with Syaoran but passes out and then can't remember what they were talking about. Apparently,Yuuko’s price includes preventing her from remembering her past with Syaoran, even if she figures it out on her own.

The next day, when Sakura comes in for work she asks where Syaoran and Kurogane are.Fai tells her that they went to visit city hall for the bounty from the previous night since some demons showed up after Sakura fell asleep. Sakura tells Fai that she feels bad that she can't help Syaoran out more, and Fai tells her that her smile helps Syaoran more than she could know.

Upon inquiring about weird events while looking for thefeather at city hall, Syaoran and Kurogane are pointed to the information center. There, they meet the Information Bureau’sErii, who tells them that lately the demons have been appearing during the day and in places they shouldn’t be. She also mentions that a new type of demons has appeared that looks like a human, but that no one has fought it. She then gives them a business card to an establishment where a person who has seen this strange new demon works. Fai and Kurogane go to check it out, but get surrounded by demons. They pull out their weapons (Fai using darts) and get ready for the fight.
