I bought airpods that's faulty and was promised with a return at anytime and getting a new one, when I proceeded with asking for return, they agreed to send it but they are not sending anything, it'sbeen a long time and i am being ignored when asking for a status update and forced me to replace the product with another that's not identical. I asked for case documentation, they are refusing to provide case documentation neither they do not communicate via emails. You cannot get anything written from them as they ignore and avoid responding to you in writing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are not honest!
I would give 0 stars.
Issue with credit card expiring. No email from Apple to let me know there was an issue. Just log me out of all my accounts (iTunes, Apple TV). They won't allow me to log inand now access to the account is denied. They wont fix access and now I can access all my purchase music.
If I had an apple device, they may be able to help me - what a joke! Their apps are able to be used on pc and android, why do I need an apple device to authenticate?
Their answer is they cant help and their solution is have to create a new account. That's all good except I have to set up a new email address just to access that account as my current address is in use and I wont get access to my purchases.
Customer service is poor at best and borderline unethical if you consider how much I have spent on purchased music that I can no longer access. No accountability and no care for their customer.
Apple continue to charge me $14.99 per month for Minecraft play with friends. As far as I was concerned this was free. I have asked Apple numerous times why they are charging me and I get the same reply, they won’t refund me and their decision is final. Do Apple ever bother to help customers or explain anything at all………… NO. APPLE have the worst customer service I have ever seen, they do no answer your questions, they just scam you and tell you that the decision is final.
Thier "apple intelligence" is not even intelligent. If you like charging your phone 3 times a day. Go ahead.

Useless & Utterly Contemptuous of Customer Privacy
Useless! Apple demonstrated both utter incompetence, lack of knowledge and efficiency regarding their own products and serious contempt for customer privacy.
I called Apple's "Shopping Support" number, with the most basic question.
I need to replace the charger cable of my 2020 Macbook air laptop, as it has become worn. My current cable is 2m. Online there is an option for a 2m 240W cable, or a 1m 60W cable. I could not see any further options. I was calling support to clarify which cable to purchase, as I don't want to damage my computer with an incorrect wattage cable.
I called the number provided. 8 minutes or so on hold. I was advised (kind of tentatively) that I should purchase the 60w 1m cable. Since the rep seemed unsure, and my current cable is 2m, I asked her if she was 100% certain. She admitted she was not. Lucky I asked, lest this potentially damage my computer! Seems Apple is pretty blase about all this, and it takes the customer to make sure they are on the ball.
She said she would transfer me to technical support to confirm. 20 minutes on hold. Technical support finally answers and says they are not capable of answering questions about Mac!!! What the?
Soooo... epic waste of my time, but ok.... so can she transfer me to someone who is capable of answering what should be the most basic question ever for Apple to answer - what cable should I buy for my Apple computer?
She says I need to provide her with my Apple ID, full name, email address and phone number. I tell her I don't wish to provide such details, as they are unecessary to answer my question - which is simply: what cable should I purchase to charge a 2020 13in Macbook air?
She doesn't need a full ID history for any of that. It is completely invasive of customer privacy to require such things. She tells me we cannot proceed with the call if I will not provide her these details.
What a crock.
Apple (and Microsoft) is already so incredibly disdainful of customer privacy. This just takes the cake.
So... when I ask a clothing store a basic and general question about their products, do they need my email address and ID? Same with a car dealership? NO. They do not. Apple simply has utter contempt for customer service and privacy. Shame on them.

Andy shits over Crapple
Only thing worth using is an iPad
Prev workplace provided an iPhone and it was worse than dogshit. Only fat losers like Lostinmymaps use this shit
Plus some business units used Macs instead of Windows and whilst I get Macs are okay for certain things, it is not really worthwhile for our line of work

Everyone should study Australian Consumer Law
Apple make good products and sometimes they make terrible products. When you hold them accountable for their terrible products they will make this process so difficult that most would give up. SUCK IT APPLE!!! I WON!!! Australian Consumer Law should be taught to everyone in schools. Customer support for your rubbish product should not be a fight and a struggle.

Not very secure as the back that screws in came undone - I lost the back of the case - fortunatley for me I did not loose the new Air Tag - I purchased Silicone cases from Temu for a fraction of the cost and they are much better

After 27 years of using Apple
After 27 years of using Apple, it’s disheartening to see how this company has completely lost touch with the core values that once made it great. Under Steve Jobs, Apple was synonymous with usability, reliability, and innovation. Now, it’s a shadow of its former self.
The most noticeable downfall is in customer service, which has become downright appalling. What was once a hallmark of Apple’s brand—attentive, knowledgeable support—is now nothing more than a frustrating and impersonal experience. The level of care, transparency, and responsiveness has plummeted, leaving loyal customers feeling abandoned.
Then there’s the product quality, which has also taken a nosedive. It seems that Apple no longer takes the time to rigorously test their devices, instead outsourcing that responsibility to paying customers. Devices feel half-finished, with glaring design flaws and software bugs that we, the consumers, are left to deal with.
The misleading marketing is another huge issue. Apple’s bold claims about their products, like the suggestion that 8GB of RAM is “enough” for demanding tasks on a Mac, are simply untrue for the average user. This not only misleads consumers into making ill-informed purchases but reflects a company that has lost its grip on innovation and quality. They’re more concerned with profit than creating products that actually live up to their hype.
What’s worse is the incremental changes that seem to focus more on forcing users into a cycle of constant upgrades, rather than offering real advancements. Basic usability features that used to ‘just work’ are now broken or missing entirely, all while prices continue to climb.
It’s sad to see a brand that was once driven by innovation and consumer trust become a company that prioritises cutting corners, misleading advertising, and subpar products.

Apple a marketing cheat
Purchased a mac desk top in 2020. It has operated abysmally slow ever since. Apple were no help. Finally found a private individual who told me the hard drive was intel and after this model Apple moved to a solid state hard drive. I finally solved the problem by using a solid state external hard drive and bypassing the internal intel drive. The Mac is now super fast. Apple needs to be brought to account for allowing products into the market which they knew to be sub standard. It might be ok if you’re a computer whiz but average people like me buy Apple products because they used to provide good back up service but not anymore. Now they use drones in the Phillipines like everyone else. Why pay top dollar for a service that no longer exists?

I purchased a pair of AirPods for my husband September 2023 and the right side list sound. I phoned the Apple support to return under warranty (as 12 months warranty) and was told it would cost me $389 to repair. They are $399 new. Their service is so bad and no help given. Be warned when purchasing any Apple products their warranty is a hoax

NEVER BUY APPLE ONLINE!!!
I have had a shocking experience with the apple store in Australia. First the order came 5 days later than expected although I paid for express postage. I found that the order was coming China and not locally. I wrote an email to customer support to say I needed it earlier as it was a birthday present. After weeks I have still not received a reply.
Then instead of arriving at my elderly parents house as a birthday gift, depending on where your look- Australia post, the courier or apple it is either stuck somewhere far from the home address for the customer to pick it up ( my parents are in the 80s) or it says that the delivery address could not be found.
I received a mail saying I would receive a refund and I have still not received it.
This is horrendous service. NEVER BUY APPLE ONLINE!!!

I purchased an IPAD back in 2021 and it will now not power on or charge at all. Apple did a test and don't know why this happened and found no sign of misuse. They offered me a replacement at $400 and I refused as it is only 3 years old. I took it further with APPLE and they rejected it. So they basically told me that 3 years is reasonable durability for an ipad to last. I paid $646 for this product and I would expect it to last a lot longer than 3 years. I know people who have older Ipads that still work. If this is there attitude then I will re think purchasing another apple product in the future.

I bought a 9th generation for 450 a year later the screen broke and I was quoted 440 to fix it. This is to force people into. Buy a new ipad just to fix it. I guess if they can get their coltan from Congo where women and children. Are dying what would I expect. Horrible human beings who are left to dry you of every cents.

Disappointed with Apple
Firstly, I requested a battery replacement for my iPad Pro, which goes flat within an hour of normal use. Despite this clear performance issue, Apple rejected to replace the battery because it did not meet their criteria of <80% performance. Dodgy diagnostic programming by Apple here...
Secondly, I was shocked to learn that replacing the batteries for my AirPods costs $80 for each side. This only forces you to reconsider buying a new pair as replacing the batteries for both AirPods is $160. Apple is pushing customers towards buying new devices through planned obsolescence, which is simply a strategy to rip people off. The new devices they release now lack any real technological or innovative advancements. They merely come with a new name and shell, at a higher price.
Lastly, I’ve experienced poor compatibility with aftermarket accessories, which do not work well with Apple products. From connectivity issues, intermittent charges pauses or things just don't work, Apple is programmed to not work well with non-Apple items so that customers are forced to buy only Apple products.
Overall, my experiences with Apple have been disappointing, and I'm done buying their products after 14+ years of loyalty (or stupidity). Judging from all the reviews I've been reading here and other platforms, a lot more people feel the same. Time to retire Mr Cook!
