In conjunction with regular meetings of the UT Board of Trustees, students, employees and members of the public will be given the opportunity to address the board or one of its committees regarding items on the meeting agenda or other matters relevant to the board’s responsibilities.

The agenda for committee and UT Board of Trustees meetings will be published on the board’s website approximately one week prior to each meeting.

The next opportunity to address the Board of Trustees will be in connection with the upcoming annual meeting of the board. The meeting will be held at the UT Chattanooga campus. To address the Board of Trustees, individuals must pre-register by completing a request form.
The period for submitting requests to address the Board of Trustees during the upcoming annual meeting is closed.
