AngKabardiya-Balkariya (Ruso:Кабарди́но-Балка́рия), opisyal naKabardino-Balkarian Republic,[note 1][12][13][14] ay isangrepublika ngRussia na matatagpuan saNorth Caucasus. Sa2021 Census, ang populasyon nito ay 904,200.[15] Ang kabisera nito ayNalchik. Ang lugar ay naglalaman ng pinakamataas na bundok sa Europa,Mount Elbrus, sa 5,642 m (18,510 ft). Ang Mount Elbrus ay may 22 glacier na nagpapakain sa tatlong ilog —Baksan,Malka atKuban. Ang bundok ay natatakpan ng niyebe sa buong taon.
