Hollywood legend Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, were found dead under mysterious circumstances. Was it a tragic coincidence or something more? Chief Medical Examiner James Gill weighs in on the shocking deaths, dismissing the ‘companion suicide’ theory that has been widely speculated. With Hackman and Arakawa found in different locations, Gill believes this possibility is highly unlikely. Adding to the mystery, their pet dog was also found dead. While some theorized foul play, Gill suggests the dog may have simply died from lack of food and water. Meanwhile, two other dogs survived and are now in the care of a family friend.
