Summary[]
AfterDr. Kieta goes on the first test voyage of his new invention, a time machine called theTime Bokan, it returns with a talking parrot namedParrosuke and a highly valuableDynamond — but no professor! Worse yet, Parrosuke doesn't want to return to his own time and place.Tanpei andJunko want the professor back, andMarjo's trio of villains want more dynamonds, so they'll take any hint they can wheedle from the stubborn bird!
