Cheng will be represented by Artist Managers Juliette Vix and Isabelle Cottet

Canadian-born, Berlin-based cellistBryan Cheng has signed withIMG Management for general management.
Prizewinner of both the Queen Elisabeth and Geneva International Music Competitions, Cheng was the first cellist to be awarded Verbier Festival Academy's Prix Yves Paternot and is the 2023 recipient of the Canada Council for the Arts’ Virginia Parker Prize.
A Bachelor’s and Master’s graduate from the Universität der Künste Berlin and now enrolled in his final year at theKronberg Academy, Cheng plays the 1696 Bonjour Stradivari cello generously on loan from the Canada Council Musical Instrument Bank.
In the 2025/26 season, Cheng debuts with the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, NDR Radiophilharmonie Hannover, Musikkollegium Winterthur, Nürnberger Symphoniker, Sinfonieorchester Wuppertal, Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, and Orchestre symphonique de Québec. In chamber music, Cheng serves as the 2025/26 Musician-in-Residence of Halifax’s Cecilia Concerts.
