These are the officially announced toys for the 2009 live-action filmRevenge of the Fallen.
The toyline was preceded bythe Movie toyline and led directly into the 2010Transformers toyline.
Among fans, many entries in the RotF toyline are notorious for their level of complexity - at times, baffling even the most hardcore fans of elaboratetransformation schemes. The complexity would be toned down for follow-up toylines in subsequent years.
In late 2009/early 2010, the toyline was released under thesubline imprintN.E.S.T. Global Alliance, which was centered on theNEST organization from the film. This promotion, however, did not exist in Europe.
