Transformers: Dark of the Moon is an iOS mobile app released onJune 28,2011 byElectronic Arts. It is a top-down, third-person shooter. Its storyline is a loose approximation of themovie's plot and it contains only an Autobot campaign.

An army arrives, thePillars must be destroyed.

Notes

• All the weapons in this game are fromWar for Cybertron.
• The Decepticon brutes are heavily based onOnslaught fromWar for Cybertron.
• This app has been removed from the Apple App Store for unknown reasons.

Differences with the Movie

• Optimus revives Sentinel with the fuel rod, not theMatrix of Leadership.
• Like, three-fourths of the line-up is absent from this game.
• During their battle, Sentinel says, "I would have never passed the Matrix to you, Optimus." This contradicts the movie continuity.
• Optimus kills Sentinel without Megatron's help.
• Bumblebee kills Megatron.
