That's him.

Theodore F. Allen is the forty-fourthPresident of the United States, at least in a parallel universe whereMegatron captured theAll Spark.

And let me tell you, you'll really wish it wasObama in charge...

Fiction

Titan movie comics

In adivergent timeline, the Decepticons succeeded at Mission City and conquered the United States. Allen was the Vice President inthe administration before the Transformers started openly warring on Earth.

Oh, and him.

Following the liberation of America, he became thede facto leader of the government and held decidedly anti-Transformer views. To him, both sides had launched a covert invasion of Earth that led to the conquest and devastation of America, and he did not trust the Autobots to have America's best interests at heart. As a result, he turned downTom Banachek's requests to open dialogue with the robots.Aftermath Part 1

Despite this, whenNATO forces—with their commander underDecepticon mental control—began firing on the Autobots at theSavannah civilian shelter, Allen contacted NATO to have the attack called off to avoid human casualties.

Following this, Allen was officially made the President of the nation. At some point, however, he'd been implanted with a Decepticon control chip...Aftermath Part 2

TheAll Spark-caused techno-organic apocalypse forced Allen into dialogue withOptimus Prime. Made aware of the threat to Earth, Allen taskedSector Seven to keep a lid on this so Humanity didn't lose all morale.Dark Spark The threat left him pissed off with the Autobots, however, when their promised team of specialists turned out to be unable to stop the crisis and Optimus needed to be pushed into working with human geologist teams.Return to Cybertron: Part 1

And him...

The Decepticons then had him summonMikaela Banes to the Oval Office so she could have a chip implanted in her head, giving the Decepticons access to the Autobots...Return to Cybertron: Part 2

That resulted in a Decepticon conquest of the six hundred square miles around the Autobot baseReturn to Cybertron: Part 4 and when the Autobots returned to Earth, Allen set up a one-on-one meeting with Optimus so as to lure him into an ambush bya hired gun. This failed and Allen denied ever setting up the meeting, whichshockingly the Autobots didn't believe.Hard Target

Yeah, that's him too...

As part of a plan, the Decepticons initiated a wave of terrorist attacks across the States, so that Allen could get Congress to vote in the eviction of all Autobot forces from the nation in the hope of appeasing the enemy. Once the Autobots actually set off, Allen had anuclear missile fired at their ship—seemingly killing them all...Revolution Part 1

The Decepticons attacked in force the next day, and Allen did his part by refusing to sanction any armed response.Revolution Part 2

It was all for naught, as the Autobots (being not-dead) decisively defeated the Decepticons. Tom Banachek and Mikaela are now working to de-brainwash Allen and all the other puppets.Revolution Part 3

Notes

  • His name isTheodoreF.Allen. Whether this was deliberate (Furmanloves hispuns) or just a happy coincidence is unknown.
  • Allen inherited the Presidency fromthe deceased incumbent. As he's still President in 2009 (he states in "Revolution" that the Transformers have been around for two years), he must have won the later 2008 election, or perhaps the election was suspended given the ongoing crisis.
  • The constant changes in artists arenot kind to him.
