- Aredeco andretool ofTitans ReturnHyperfire with a different robot mode "backpack" for the head mode face, Parsec transforms from a robot based onGeneration 1 Stylor into Nautica's (visorless) head. As a Titan Master, Parsec can serve as the head of anyTitans Return-style Deluxe, Voyager, or Leader Class figure. They also feature ports in their feet that allow them to peg onto a wide variety ofTitans Return figures.
- Parsec and Nautica were only available in the "Chaos on Velocitron" box set, which includesQuickswitch,Laser Prime,Fastclash, and aRodimus Prime Titan Master head. The set was officially announced by Hasbro to be aToys"R"Usexclusive, and was sold at stores in the United States, Canada, and Hasbro's Asian markets (such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong). Despite this, it later became available viaAmazon in the United States (but not in Canada) as well, actually sold by Amazon directly (as compared to a third-party seller).

- Parsec is one of forty-six double sided character cards included in Wave 5 of theTransformers Trading Card Game, Titan Masters Attack. As aTitan Master, Parsec begins play in head mode on a character with a body mode. When that character is KO'd, Parsec is deployed in bot mode. In order to represent Parsec's size as a Titan Master, the card is the size of a battle card, about half the size of a normal character card.
- Parsec features artwork for both modes, with line art byKen Christiansen and colors byPortal Engine.
- This card's set was originally set for an April 2020 release, however due to the global COVID-19 pandemic the release was pushed back toMay 29, 2020.
