Special AgentJon "No H"Schloder is aG.H.O.S.T. operative to his core. A true company man, perhaps even more so than his sister,Karen Croft, he has a passion for what he does that routinely bleeds into single-mindedness. He presents himself as a cool, hard, unflappable tough-guy, ready with a tortured turn of phrase for any occasion. But he is often so doggedly determined to follow a train of thought that he misses the obvious... and it doesn't help that there's a natural childishness to his dreams of derring-do that can further blind him to clues he should be picking up.
However, despite his... well, everything, it all comes from a genuinely earnest place: he truly believes that G.H.O.S.T. is a force for good, and strives to protect those who can't otherwise fight for themselves.

When young Jon Schloder turned six years old, no one showed up to his birthday party. Years later, after he had begun serving, his squad was narrowly saved in the "Knee-Slapper Valley Incident" thanks to playground chatter.
While on a nighttime patrol, Schloder came across ateenager in the forest. He demanded the citizen identify himself, only for the young man to be grabbed and carried away by aCybertronian drone. Believing it to be aDecepticon in disguise, Schloder took it upon himself to bring the offending robot in. The next morning, he used the secret elevator to theWitwicky ranger station to recruitDot Malto for the mission. He ordered the ranger to drive him back to her home so he could question her family about anything they may have seen, despite her protests. When they arrived, only her husbandAlex was present, but a sound led him to their barn, where he found Alex'sX12 limited edition. Impressed, he instead decided Alex would be his escort while investigating the Decepticon, sending Dot away for her G.H.O.S.T. training. However, as they drove, he fell victim to several seemingly targeted malfunctions by the vehicle. When a call came in that the rogue Decepticon had been spotted in G.H.O.S.T. HQ, he relieved Alex of duty and flagged down a passing old woman for a ride back to base. By the time he got there, however, the intruder was long gone.Classified

Some time later at G.H.O.S.T. headquarters, Schloder was surprised to sees Agent Croft in a security room, wondering what she was doing. Agent Croft asked Schloder why they hadn't captured any Decepticons despite the quota being low that month. Scholder responded that they hadn't received any destress calls, to which Agent Croft ordered her little brother to go out and find any Decepticons. Scholder ordered G.H.O.S.T. agents to search for more Decepticons. Later at G.H.O.S.T. base the lights and cameras suddenly started to go off. Scholder askedAgent Bagheri what was happening, Agent Bagheri informing him that a cyber attacker had infiltrated the base. All of a sudden the Decepticon's cells opened, and the prisoners escaped. Agent Scholder ordered G.H.O.S.T. Agents to contain them. Agent Bagheri informed Scholder that she found the source of the cyber attacker, and it was coming from the van the cadets were driving in (which was reallyHashtag in disguise). Scholder believed that Hashtag was a Decepticon infiltrator. He ordered Bagheri to see if she could take control of the van and drive it to the detention center, but she couldn't. Later, when Hashtag again hacked into G.H.O.S.T. files, Bagheri couldn't stop her from accessing the system with only a video of a puppy showing on screen. Scholder realized he was in trouble with Croft.Hashtag: Oops
After receiving a tip thatBumblebee had been sighted atWitwicky Raceway, Schloder drove to confront the Maltos. His approach triggered the new security systems of the Terrans'underground base, leaving Bumblebee locked out. Schloder's investigation of the barn was interrupted by Dot, preventing him from seeing Bumblebee in the rafters. In the house, Schloder revealed that he had been tracking Bee's Energon boost signature at races all over the globe. Schloder then showed a photo of Bee from the raceway, prompting Alex to suggest that Bumblebee scanned his car. Schloder agreed and declared that Alex was going help to him catch Bumblebee at that evening's race. Schloder and Alex arrived at the stands, which were filled with G.H.O.S.T. agents. When Bumblebee drove out, Schloder ordered the racers surrounded. Before anything could happen, Dot stepped out and claimed she had been taking Alex's car to races. The ruse was enough to fool Schloder, but Croft insisted on a scan. The scan revealed the DecepticonBreakdown, who attacked the agents. In the chaos, a stray shot hit a billboard, which nearly fell on Schloder and several other agents until Bumblebee stepped in to save them, much to Schloder's surprise. Bumblebee was then quickly surrounded. Schloder attempted to convince him to come quietly, but received no response. Schloder reluctantly ordered Bumblebee captured, but Bee escaped thanks to the intervention of Breakdown and Dot. In the aftermath, Agent Croft wanted to detain Alex and Dot, but Schloder argued that they were all fooled by Bumblebee. He persuaded his sister to let the Maltos go and offered them a ride home. After dropping them off, he vowed to continue pursuing Bumblebee.Security Protocols
Schloder was walking the halls of the G.H.O.S.T. headquarters when he bumped into Twitch, Robby,Nightshade, andThrash. Nightshade quickly restrained him, but couldn't prevent him from triggering the base's alarm. Several wall mounted turrets activated and began firing at them. Robby and Thrash begged Schloder to shut off the turrets, saying they were only there to help Bumblebee. Schloder agreed, but only if they untied him first. After the alarm was shut off, Schloder revealed he had been tracking Bumblebee to get him to join G.H.O.S.T., not arrest him. After some persuading, Schloder agreed to help the Maltos find Bumblebee. They found him in thespace bridge room battlingGhoids. Schloder tried to reason with Croft, but she angrily refused to stop the attack. An air-born Ghoid pinned Schloder to a crate while his sister demanded to know whose side he was on, hers or theirs. The siblings eventually came to blows, Schloder using a spear to trap Croft on a stair case. Seeing that the group was outmatched by the army of Ghoids, Schloder activated the spacebridge to allow the others to escape. The Maltos managed to get through the bridge, but Schloder and Bumblebee were captured.Stowed Away, Stowaways Schloder ended up in a prison cell with Bumblebee and Breakdown, the pair passing the time by playing cards and using the hologram emitter. Everyone was sprung from jail by Twitch and Nightshade. Schloder denounced his allegiance to G.H.O.S.T. and left to help defeat Mandroid. The four snuck into the spacebridge room and observed Mandroid and Croft. Schloder reacted with horror when Mandroid used the spacebridge to disintegrate Croft. Jon's horror turned to rage, and Twitch was barely able to restrain him long enough to hear part of the plan, but immediately charged at the first mention of a diversion. During the fight, Jon, disguised as Nightshade via the hologram emitter, managed to get Mandroid's spear. Jon then got his revenge for his sister's death by shooting Mandroid in the face. The group soon evacuated through the spacebridge, only to realize the four human Maltos were trapped in the fortress. Jon and the others then watched as a huge tower rose from the ground. The Last Hope, Part 1 Despite the odds, the group resolved to rescue their family and stop Mandroid's plan. Schloder excitedly rode in Bumblebee as they headed toward the tower. Enroute, Bumblebee was rammed by a mind-controlled Optimus and Schloder was knocked out. Jon was revived by Nightshade, but had little time to recover as a white-eyedElita-1 and Optimus came into view. The four retreated to the train yard to hide, but were quickly discovered. A blow from Optimus sent the spear flying under a train car. Jon reclaimed the spear but was pursued by Elita-1. Nightshade and Twitch downed Elita by dropping a crane onto her and draining her Energon with the spear. After Optimus was subdued with the help of the other Terrans, Schloder briefly explained the dire situation. On the bridge to the fortress, the team was again stopped by mind-controlledArcee,Wheeljack andGrimlock. Jon and Bumblebee stayed to fend them off while the Terrans left to fight Mandroid. Jon and Bumblebee were later assisted by Breakdown and a few G.H.O.S.T. agents. Jon watched as all the Transformers were deactivated by Mandroid's super-weapon and revived by the power of the Emberstone. Jon later joined the Maltos and Bumblebee at the top of the tower and watched the sunrise. The Last Hope, Part 2
Sometime after the dissolution of G.H.O.S.T., Jon was working in the dunking booth at the Witwicky carnival. Twitch, Thrash, Robby and Mo greeted him as they passed by, but he was dunked before he could respond. Later, he attempted to arrestFairmaestro, but the con artist managed to slip away using a smoke bomb. The Butterfly Effect
While on leave from his North Pole outpost, Schloder visited Witwicky and had an encounter with Bumblebee. He attempted to tail the out-of-control Autobot, but lost Bee when a truck blocked his path. The following day he spilled his coffee while driving and himself ended up driving erratically until he was stopped byProwl, Thrash and Bumblebee. The trio had suspected he might have been the one who infected Bumblebee withHate Plague, however from his retelling of the previous day's events, they realized Bumblebee had already been infected before the encounter with Schloder. Schloder was later out and about as a pedestrian when aQuintesson shapeshifter masqueraded as him to try to fool Thrash. The Truth Is Out There
