Francine Elma "Frankie" Greene is the daughter ofDoc Greene. She is strong-willed and independent, and won't hesitate to speak her mind if something's obviously wrong. Frankie andCody Burns are firm friends, though she is the smarter of the two, and often finds herself humoring her friend when he gets the notion to do something dangerous. They'll probably end up married someday. She prefersdinosaurs torobots.

Francine attended the dedication ceremony for the town's newrobotic rescue team with her father. She calledCody Burns over to where they were, but proceeded to be too interested in the new robot dinosaur exhibit at themuseum to pay any attention to the new robots. Later on, when one of the robot dinosaurs got loose, Cody rang her for advice on how to deal with it.Family of Heroes

Frankie looked forward to riding on her dad's float in theLobster and Technology Festival parade. She watched in alarm as her father had to be rescued from a runaway helium balloon. The next day she was in the parade when the festival was attacked byflobsters. While she attempted to fend them off with a kitchen implement, they were attracted to the starfish design on her jacket and chased her into a phone box. Luckily they were stopped from running into traffic byBoulder. When Cody later asked for something to soup up Rolling Thunder, Frankie gave him somenanites and rang emergency services. When Cody wanted to try theTurbo Cycle, Frankie challenged him to prove he was responsible enough by taking care of theRobo-Baby while she and her father visited the mainland. To her surprise, he managed to succeed.Four Bots and a Baby Frankie and Cody sold lemonade during a heatwave, but when Cody got the idea of engineering a snowfall, Frankie was more interested in enjoying Summer at the river. When the weather machine went out of control, Frankie found she enjoyed the iced-over river, at least until it thawed and she was left heading downriver on a piece of ice. Frankie enjoyed havingTrex as a robot butler, and taught him to fetch coffee for her father. When the robot dinosaur was infected with a virus and passed it on to the Griffin Rock mainframe, Frankie risked her life to make sure the disinfection of the mainframe completed.Return of the Dino Bot She and Doc Greene were forced to stay atMrs. Neederlander's bed and breakfast after he was fired from his position as lead scientist. WhenDoctor Morocco showed up in town, Frankie disapproved of Prescott's biased reporting. She and Doc Greene were in thesolar car when it went out of control, and they had to be rescued by the Rescue Bots.The Other Doctor With Greene preparing to leave the island, Frankie and Cody sneaked into the lab, only to find that Frankie's password to the computer had been disabled. Morocco found them, and they fled from theMorBot to Morocco's airship. Frankie spotted that the onboard computer contained incriminating evidence, and downloaded it onto a memory stick while Cody landed the ship. The evidence later got Doc Greene and the Rescue Bots reinstated.The Reign of Morocco

Doc Greene and Frankie gave a demonstration of technology at theHall of Inspiration, with Frankie showing off theCamera Gloves. She later helped her father fix theMinimizer when the device was damaged.Small Blessings Frankie helped Cody dig up a film reel made byProfessor Anna Baranova. After the Professor was rescued from her crashed laboratory, Frankie noted that Doc Greene seemed to have taken a shine to her.The Griffin Rock Triangle Frankie helped her father test outSquilsh by performing impact tests on it (i.e. throwing it at things). While they were conducting an inventory of the archive, Frankie's father disappeared and she was pursued by a number of small bug-like creatures. After being rescued byBlades, she went with the Burns family back to the fire station, where they learned that thetracers were part of theSanctuary Plan. Frankie and Cody went to the laboratory where Frankie called up the file before being teleported by the bugs to a cavern under Griffin Rock. While they were ultimately rescued from there by the Rescue Bots, Frankie made Cody promise not to tell anyone she was afraid of the dark.Countdown

When a ghost was reported, Frankie decided it was a perfect time to try out theSpectral Vapor Filter her father had invented, and gave one to Cody. She recognized one of the ghosts asElma Hendrickson and realized that they were all people in pictures in the Hall of Inspiration, eventually leading to the unmasking of the ghosts as holograms. Afterwards, she put the holograms back to their original purpose as a historical display.The Haunting of Griffin Rock For her school multimedia project, she decided to make a film and ropedDither into helping. That led her to try and get the Rescue Bots to help. She ended up trying to film them during an earthquake rescue, resulting in her having to be rescued at least once. When she later went back to the fire station to get her props, she heard the team going into the tunnels under Griffin Rock and followed them, getting caught in a cave in. Heatwave came to her rescue and almost blew his cover as an ordinary robot, but she had passed out. She later showed the team the music video she'd created, though none of them were sure how much she'd found out.Shake Up

She helped Doc Greene create and demonstrate arepulsor badge for Cody.Rescue Boy With the help of Cody, Frankie and her father found atime machine and managed to get it working. Unfortunately during the test, she, Cody and the Rescue Bots were pulled back in time to1939 where they encountered Doctor Morocco and Elma Hendrickson. The two kids escaped Morocco's clutches and Frankie set about tracking downDither, who was the key to getting them home. After finding him in a junk yard, the pair mounted a rescue mission for the Rescue Bots, during which Frankie discovered the truth about them. With the help ofOptimus Prime andBumblebee, the group escaped back to present day, only to find Doctor Morocco was in charge.It's a Bot Time In the strange altered present, the two kids employed some detective work to find out they'd accidentally changed history by leaving Dither in the past. After an encounter with an alternate version of Cody's family, Frankie, Cody and the Bots returned to 1939 to retrieve Dither, and returned to a restored present day.Bot to the Future

Now knowing the Rescue Bots' secret, Frankie introduced Blades to dance video games. When theVacuum Accelerator malfunctioned, sending Cody and the Bots to various locations on the island, she helped track them.Road Trip After disagreeing with Cody regarding which project they should enter into a competition, Frankie entered herSky Forest on her own and won. Following a near disastrous launch, she, Cody and the bots kept tabs on the space elevator from the fire station, and witnessed it being hit by an asteroid. As it turned out, Hayley was knowledgeable about botany and even saved the group from a snake, and Frankie was later happy to hang out with her.Buddy System Frankie entered her dogs in the dog show, however the show was cut short when the tent caught fire, and Frankie had to be rescued by Heatwave.Rescue Dog When a huge storm threatened the island, Doc Greene sent Frankie to the Sanctuary cavern with food and as many board games as she could carry.Changes

OnMidwinter Morning, Frankie and her father were happy to find theRider of Midwinter had left them a loaf of bread.The Riders of Midwinter Frankie and Cody tested outDoc Greene'sSki-neakers on the ocean, and though the test was successful, the pair had to be rescued from a freak wave. She later helped out in the hunt for a Cybertronian relic, which she designated a "Liquefier".Odd Bot Out

When the rescue team were busy completing a rail tunnel to Griffin Rock, Frankie borrowed some of her dad's tech and adopted the superhero identity "Rescue Girl". Using thePhase Bit, she saved Graham Burns from a falling boulder, and helped out other people around town until Cody caught up with her. Revealing her identity to him and the Bots, she promised to tell her father what she was doing. When theGriffin Rock Express became runaway, she took part in the rescue, and was able to use the phasing tech to get everyone safely off the train before it crashed, though she later admitted she needed more training before doing any more rescues.The Griffin Rock Express

Frankie took part in a game ofRescue Ball, riding on Trex and using the Phase Bit to score. After the Rescue Bots were mysteriously replaced by fakes, Frankie assured Cody that they'd get their friends back.Double Villainy She and her dad helped out the team when they needed tech to stop the island from sinking as a result of the tunnel network collapsing. They later took part in another game of Rescue Ball and succeeded in getting the Rescue Bots' lost memories restored.Rise of the Heroes When the Rescue Bots and Optimus were having a race, Frankie joined in by riding on Trex. When Optimus later became feral as a result of his new tyrannosaurus mode, she helped Graham, Boulder and her father deduce what was causing the problem.Big Game

During the ten-yearly appearance of theS.S. Phantom Voyager, Doc and Frankie were out on thefloating lab recording its appearance. After it vanished with most of the rescue team on board, Frankie spent the next ten years getting her pilot license and helping as a rescuer. When the ship reappeared, she was finally reunited with Cody, though the team were subsequently able to reverse the time machine in the ship's hold, rendering the last ten years void.Phantom of the Sea After Vigil took over theMayor Luskey Dome and put most of the town to sleep, Cody, Frankie and the Bots had to work together to defeat him.No Place Like Dome

Frankie attended the unveiling of a new crazy slide designed by Graham at thecommunity pool. She was later disturbed to find her father had the MorBot's head sitting on a table in his lab.Bugs in the System During a trip on the space elevator, the team's minds and bodies were switched. Frankie found herself inhabiting Chase's form and seemed to very much enjoy being a car. She was later returned to her correct body.Switcheroo

When her father accidentally contaminated the lab's clean room with his breakfast, Frankie helped him sanitize it withscrubmites. This led to Kade accidentally eating some of the scrubmites, and Frankie had to help monitor the rescue team as they were miniaturized and went inside Kade to round up the bugs.Bot-Tastic Voyage Left on the floating lab when her father was trying to get her and Baranova acquainted, Frankie had to hide when they answered a distress call and encountered big game hunterQuint Quarry, who took Baranova prisoner. Unable to contact anyone, Frankie followed Quarry onto the island and attempted to break Baranova out of the hut she was in, only to accidentally seal them both in. Working together, they escaped and helped Doc Greene and Blades rescue the other Rescue Bots.Quarry's Quarry

When the rescue team found a frozen caveman who turned out to be alive, Frankie attempted to help out acclimating "Ira" to modern life.Did You See What I Thaw? After a fire at the drive in, Doc Greene developed a new projector using the same technology from the Imaging Chamber. Unfortunately he and Frankie then had to scramble when a power surge resulted in the projector creating real-life Kaiju, and eventually succeeded in returning the creatures to the film.The Attack of Humungado Frankie had to make her father go to bed when he became busy making souvenir Rescue Bots for the mayor. The souvenirs later ran amok duringBot Appreciation Week, leaving Doc Greene and Frankie trying to catch up with them.All Bots Great and Small

When Cody began repeating time thanks to a new pocket watch, Frankie helped out with diagnosing what the problem was.Time After Time Frankie helped her father assess the state ofDrilling Platform number 6, and the pair had to be rescued after an oil spill caught fire.Turning the Tide Frankie was accepted into a science camp, but was taken aback when Cody didn't want to take a catch-up math course so he could go too. Frankie joined in bird spotting with Cody and Boulder inBlossom Vale, and when Boulder foundendangered woodpeckers, she helped try to protect them.Endangered Species Impressed by a visit from her auntMaura the Magnificent, Frankie contemplated the idea of giving up science to be a magician. She helped out Chase by tailing Maura's assistant, whom Chase suspect of theft, and befriended Maura's tigerBlizzard.More than Meets the Eye Frankie entered theGriffin Rock Idol auditions, turning down the use of her father'sTone-O-Tuner on the basis it would be cheating. Frankie had Cody help her film coverage of the opening of a time capsule and the placing of a new one. She also helped her father run tests on somereactaline they'd found. After a mishap with a quantum crystal teleported the entire island to theArctic, she helped Doc Greene raise the dome.Now and Then As they used floatium to return the island to its original position, Frankie encouraged her father to propose to Baranova and was overjoyed when the proposal was accepted. After the island was back to normal, she added the film she'd made to the new time capsule, believing that when it was eventually opened, everyone would know the Rescue Bots' secret.Today and Forever

During the next three years, Frankie gained a little sister namedCeCe. She and Cody worked on a science project together and accidentally invited theVelgrox to Earth to eat everyone. Their work was able to be used to locate the Velgrox spaceship, though they were left looking after Frankie's new sisterCeCe while the others rescued the townsfolk.New Normal While the townsfolk debated whether to keep the Rescue Bots' secret, Cody and Frankie took part in a test of the newGroundBridge with Heatwave and Chase, and temporarily ended up stranded in theSahara.Bridge Building

Frankie continued to struggle with adapting to having CeCe as part of the family. She took the little tyke for a walk with Cody, only for CeCe to escape and become trapped in a bank vault. The two sisters were eventually reunited thanks to new Rescue Bot arrivalQuickshadow.Arrivals Frankie was too busy helping Baranova with some research to play Burns Ball with Cody.Vanishing Returns After finding an upgrade forElement Quest, Frankie tested it out with Heatwave, Chief and Cody, only to find it was hiding a trojan horse in the form of a virus engineered by Doctor Morocco. Cody and Frankie acted as Chase's campaign team as he ran for mayorand managed to get the Rescue Bot elected, only to regret it when Chase was over enthusiastic in enforcing obscure laws. The pair eventually had to get Luskey to help prevent the destruction of the island as a result.Mayor May Not

Frankie finally found out what Doc Greene and Professor Baranova had been doing when they let her in on their secret project for her fourteenth birthday. The Morocco virus later heard her discussing the Scrubber Initiative with her father.Upgrades When Morocco set his sights on abducting Cody to use as a human partner, Frankie donned her "Rescue Girl" costume again so she could help protect him. Unfortunately Morocco succeeded anyway, but Frankie gave chase and was able to phase into the MorBot the virus was piloting. She rescued Cody and sent Morocco plunging into an undersea abyss.
