Dave Gibbons (bornApril 14,1949) is a British artist. While he is best-known for the seminalWatchmen, his other notable works include theSuperman story "For the Man Who Has Everything",Martha Washington (withFrank Miller), and various features in2000 AD. He drew the cover for issue#133 of the Marvel UKTransformers series. Years later he returned to Transformers work by pencilling the hardcover edition ofTitan'sPrimal Scream.
