Aspace bridge accident resulted in a small number ofAutobots andDecepticons being teleported through space to land up on Brobdingnag. More precisely, they arrived in the bedroom of a young boy namedAron, and immediately discovered that the gigantic scale of the planet and everything on it made it a dangerous environment for the comparatively diminutiveTransformers. When they were discovered byAron's parents, they were taken to thelocal authorities who were mostly interested in taking them apart to see how they ticked. Aron helped the Autobots escape and after a trip through the settlement's sewerage system, they returned to Aron's dwelling, where the Decepticons hijackedPerceptor's first method of getting off planet, forcing him to modify Aron's toy spaceship so the Autobots could start heading for Earth.Child's Play
