Congratulations to Joshua Moats – November 2024 Owner Operator of the Month!
We’re thrilled to announce that Joshua Moats has been selected as TSH’s Owner Operator of the Month for November 2024! Joshua has been hauling with us for just over a year and a half, and in that time, he’s demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the job and to his craft.
When it comes to passing the time on the road, Joshua stays locked in. He prefers to listen to the sounds of the engine rather than music or radio, keeping his focus sharp. Cracking the window is a must for him too, as it allows him to hear if anything happens with the trailer—safety first!
Joshua’s most memorable haul with TSH was transporting military Hummers, a job he won’t soon forget. Outside of work, Joshua is a dedicated family man. Trucking has had a profound impact on his life—helping him escape a challenging situation and giving him the opportunity to become a business owner.
Joshua’s advice to other Owner Operators? “Take a deep breath and just keep going.” It’s this mindset, along with the drive to never go back to his past, that has propelled him to success. When asked what he values most about being with TSH, Joshua emphasized the freedom and independence of being his own boss—something he cherishes every day.
