From debug menus, to unused music, graphics, enemies, or levels, many games have content never meant to be seen by anybody but the developers — or even meant for everybody, but cut due to time/budget constraints.

Throughout the years since its creation, theFallout series has been burdened with many hardships, from multiple canceled sequels to the bankruptcy of its original publisher. With each installment the series was passed from one developer to another, until it was handed to Obsidian Entertainment where currently several big names fromFallout andFallout 2 are employed.Fallout: New Vegas was the result.

While taking its engine from Bethesda'sFallout 3 and much of its content fromVan Buren (Black Isle's regrettably canceled third installment),New Vegas is very much a successor toFallout 2 in terms of story and atmosphere. And despite its modest (compared toFallout 3) budget and development cycle, it managed to please both long-time series fans and newcomers alike for the first time sinceFallout 2. Being a western RPG (and an Obsidian-developed one in particular), there are more than a few screws loose and a couple of unused parts they forgot to take out of the box. TheNew Vegas edition ofG.E.C.K. makes it easy for anyone to slice open the game's belly and play with its guts.

Streets of Rage 3 is a rather divisive entry in the series and has several hints of being rushed. Moreover, the game had much larger changes to its international releases than the two previous entries.

Shown here is one of the cut motorcycle-riding levels, which includes a small Sonic cameo. The players are not visible and while the proper sprites are still present, these no longer load correctly without hacking. Moreover, the pointers have been corrupted in the international releases. These can be accessed through a PAR code to access a disabled level select screen.
