Wim was aMagnoxian who lived during theDark Times.

Wim was part ofObble's conspiracy to assassinate theCouncil of Minds. He tried to recruit two men to his cause, but they attacked him. He was saved byBrian theOod and took him for a drink, during which he received the Ood into the plot. He took Brian to meetBeck, who interviewed Brian and agreed to let him join their team. They infiltrated the Chronicon, though many of the team, including Beck, were killed by the defenses, and reached the chamber where Brian assassinated the Minds, despite the arrival of aKotturuh ship demanding answers from them and threatening to destroy Magnox if they didn't. After theTenth Doctor bought them time by freezing the Kotturuh in a data field, Brian took Wim back totheir ship. They took Wim, along with a few other survivors, toIslos. (AUDIO:The Minds of Magnox)
