The Cyber Nomads was the third instalment ofThe ArcHive Tapes anthology, narrated and produced byDavid Banks.
In accordance withAttack of the Cybermen, it accounted for theTelosianCybermen seen inThe Tomb of the Cybermen asMondasian Cybermen who colonised the planet. The television storyThe Doctor Falls would later revert to the earlier conception of Telos as the actual planet of those Cybermen, unrelated to Mondas, explaining away the separate occurrence of these two species of Cybermen asparallel evolution.
