Sarah had desires to travel around the world but never got around to doing so. In 2017, she inherited ELF Storage fromher great-uncle and turned it into a business. She ran it with her work colleague,Jeff, who was more of a liability than a help. Her friend Nick was her only customer.

On New Year's Eve, 2021, theTARDIS landed at the basement of ELF Storage after the Thirteenth Doctor reset the TARDIS after the Flux incident, Sarah along with Nick were stuck in a time loop. She shortly encountered the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz and Dan. She intially presumed that the Doctor was responsible for the Daleks invading the storage building.

Throughout the time loop,her mother kept phoning her, telling her that the lines would be down at midnight onNew Year's Day. After being exterminated several times, she was involved in the plan to stop the time loop. She told her mother to call her ten seconds before the midnight to trick the Daleks into detecting human life after she planted her phone on fireworks with her mother on call just before midnight.

After the incident, she and Nick decided to travel the world together. (TV:Eve of the Daleks)

Sarah was an impatient individual and easily frustrated in tough situations. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She always complained when her mother constantly told her that the phone lines would be down at midnight onNew Year's Day. (TV:Eve of the Daleks)

• On her Instagram account, Aisling Bea shared a screengrab of Sarah's exposed skeleton (in the context of being exterminated) and joked that people were "sharing intimate nudes" of her.^[1]
