You, the players, play as Insiders who all share one single body. Not everyone can be in control at once, even though several Insiders might attempt to control their common body at the same time.
You form what is called a System. As such, you have to navigate through everyday life in the Outside World, all the while dealing with dire shit in your Innerworld.
When your Systems' psyche comes at a breaking point, aTrauma Dungeon appears in your Innerworld. It's up to the players inside to clear the shit out of it before things get out of hand.
