Report a problem
You can report any problems that might come up while you use TikTok.
To report a problem:
1. In the TikTok app, tapProfile at the bottom.
2. Tap theMenu☰ button at the top, then selectSettings and privacy.
3. TapReport a problem. From here, you can:
༚ Select aTopic. You might be prompted to select a subtopic within each topic. Follow the instructions to resolve the problem. If the suggested steps don't resolve your issue, tapNo to the question "Is your problem resolved?", then tapNeed more help?to contact us with further details.
༚ Scroll down and tapChat with us.
4. Chat with our helpdesk to resolve the problem.
