U'il was aFalleenfemale who served in theAlliance to Restore the Republic during theGalactic Civil War, and was a friend ofPrincessLeia Organa.[2] In the aftermath of theBattle of Yavin, the Alliance became aware of a mole within its ranks after all of but three of itsinformants werekilled.[4] U'il, posing as abodyguard under the nameGrega, was sent to ensure that one of the informants, aDuros namedBot was recovered bysmugglersHan Solo andChewbacca, who had been sent by Organa andGeneralAiren Cracken to retrieve the three rebel informants.[1] Afterwards, U'Il was sent to retrieve theElominAran, and brought him to Solo'sstarship, theMillennium Falcon whilst being chased by theGalactic Empire, though they managed to board and escape.[3] Eventually theMillennium Falcon made it back to the Alliance, where U'il revealed that she had been in possession of the Alliance's information all along.[2]
