Tan Hubi was amalehuman who was theImperialMoff[3] of theCalamari sector. In order to freeKingLee-Char fromimprisonment,Leia Organa and herteam planned to kidnap Hubi so they could use his bio-signature to access theKing'sprison[5] onStrokill Prime.[3] Hubi was mistakenlykilled in the crossfire bystormtroopers when he sent them an alert from Lee-Char's cell as therebels recorded the king's last words to hispeople.Sometime later,RegentDors Urtya was informed that Hubi's replacement had yet to be confirmed and that the Imperials were suspicious of rebel activity in thesector.[2]
