"Tales of the Smoking Blaster" was a four-partroleplaying adventure written byBill Smith and published in theStar Wars Gamemaster Handbook in1993. It was illustrated byPaul Daly.

Plot summary[]

A group ofspacers work aboard theLoronar medium transportSmoking Blaster, making a meager living.

During onesmuggling mission to theplanetCotellier with a cargo ofsecurity droid logic matrixes, they are attacked bypirates, who make off with their cargo.

They limp back toDravian Starport, where the crew of theSmoking Blaster must work to make up for the lost cargo by order ofBaronYorseg. They are then accosted by a group of Yorseg's thugs, who want to kill them for the information aboard their ship's computers. The crew is rescued by more thugs.

After repairing their ship, they make their way to Cotellier to meet withNilya Fek'ra, to whom they were supposed to deliver their cargo. They meet with the gangster, who explains Yorgeg's actions, and invites them to join an attack on the baron.

The crew pilots theSmoking Blaster to Yorsge's base in order to retrieve the matrixes.
