Stepheden Thaldree was ahuman male who served as anofficer of theCanto Bight Police Department in thecity ofCanto Bight on theplanet Cantonica. He wore a lightblue uniformtunic with black stripes on thearms and abetaplast armored collar as well as a pair of blue pants, a whitebelt and black highly polishedsynth-hide officer'sboots. As an officer of the law, he was equipped with a short-ranged wristcomlink, a scrambled long-range comlink, anelectro-shock prod, apolice glow rod and twoK-25 blasters, one of which he used in heavy configuration. Thaldree had fair skin and browneyes andhair.^[1]

Stepheden Thaldree first appeared in the filmStar Wars: Episode VIIIThe Last Jedi,^[2] which was released onDecember 15,2017.^[3] The character was not named in the film,^[2] but received identification inStar Wars: The Last Jedi: The Visual Dictionary, a reference book written byPablo Hidalgo^[1] and released in conjunction with the film.^[4]
