Mubo at his Workshop

Mubo at his Workshop

In the year34aby anUnidentified droid repair technician woke up onMubo's Cargo Transport. The droid tech was greeted by a droid namedJ-4X, who told them to get to work in the cargo hold. The Droid Technician made their way towards the cargo hold, where they received a call from Mubo on theirDataGrip. Mubo told them what to do, and the Droid Tech went to the cargo hold to scan all the cargo, and received aHoverpack When finished, the cargo was marked done, and a ship was signaled to pick it up, but it exploded due to blaster fire from aGuavian Ship.[9]

The Guavians subsequently boarded the freighter, and the droid tech went to find a blaster, and used it to shootguavian death gang hellions andHunters. The droid tech won the blaster fight, and received a message from the Guavians LeaderTara Rashin, who told them that the first order was paying lots of money for a piece of cargo Mubo was smuggling, and told the droid tech to stand down and surrender. Tara also shot J-4X. The droid tech fought a few more guavian death gang members, and was told by Mubo to jettison the cargo, so they did that, and then made their way to the escape pods. After shooting more Guavians they escaped from the ship, and landed onBatuu.[9]

Searching for the Cargo[]

The Droid repair technician made their way toSeezelslak's Cantina where they metSeezelslak. Mubo walked in with his droid assistantR00-8Y, and told the technician that the cargo they had jettisoned was scattered around Batuu and their next job would be to find it. The technician went to theThree Suns Overlook, and began searching, but soon more guavian death gang members. They also get a call from Mubo telling them that the shipment contained prototypeMini-droids, and it was that is was also his job to find them. The Droid Technician stumbled upon some of the cargo, but it was guarded by Guavians, so after a brief shoot out, they moved on, searching for the one piece of cargo that Tara had said the first order was willing to pay for. Along the way, they encountered many little stores of weapons andTraining Remotes that were also from Mubo's cargo ship, and they put them to good use against the Guavians. They also encounteredViper probe droids andSeeker droids under the control of the Guavians. Eventually the droid technician makes it past the Guavians, and goes toDead Root Refuge to continue their search for the cargo.[9]

After arriving in Dead Root Refuge, the droid technician battled more Guavian Death Gang members in search of the cargo. They found more cargo, but not the one that Mubo needs most desperately. So they continued on toHissiq Springs, where the Guavians had gathered in even more force. A fierce fire fight ensued, but eventually, the droid technician made it into the caves. Once out of the caves, they fought more Guavian Death Gang members, but eventually find the cargo Mubo was looking for.[9]

Inside the crate, they foundC-3PO, but hisPhotoreceptor was dangling out of it's socket, and he was missing a leg an arm, and a hand. He instructed the droid tech to go look for them, and they so they did. They had to fight more Guavians to get the pieces, but once they were all recovered, the droid tech returned and repaired C-3PO. C-3PO then openedR2-D2's Container, but R2 was missing. Then C-3PO fell out of the cargo container as the door closed behind him. The Droid Technician was forced to find another way to get to C-3PO, and has to fight more Guavians, but is eventually reunited with the droid. Then, they both head back toMubo's Workshop.[9]

Fighting Tara[]

While at Mubo's Workshop, C-3PO Intercepted a transmission from the Guavian Death Gang that said they have R2-D2, so the droid technician set out with 3PO to find R2. Howere While in Dead Root Refuge, C-3PO fell down a hole, and the droid tech was forced to go on without him. After fighting their way through Dead Root Refuge again, they reunited with C-3PO who had found his way out of the hole and to the door leading to Tara. They both attempt to open the door, but aTT-8L gatekeeper droid blocked their entrance. C-3PO attempted to reason with the droid, but while doing so, they were attacked.[9]

The Droid Tech fended off the attackers while C-3PO Convinced the droid to open the door, and they both stepped into the elevator. They emerged at theSplintered Spire, and at first, saw the place deserted. They found R2-D2's crate, and rescued him, but then, Tara emerged riding anAll Terrain Reconnaissance Transport. She was accompanied by a few other Guavian Death Gang members, but the Droid Tech took care of them quickly. However, normal blasters could not pierce the shield around Tara's Walker. The Droid Tech kept her distracted, and dodge the rockets she sent, while R2 used the central computer to release explosive barrels from their container. The Barrels rolled down near the walker, and exploded, setting it off Ballance, and tumbling down the spire, never to be seen again. They all returned to safely Seezelslaks Cantina.[9]

The Temple of Doom[]

After returning to Seezelslak's Cantina, The Droid Repair Tech gave Seezelslak the right ingredients to make a drink, and while enjoying the drink, Seezelslak told them a tale. He said that long before theClone Wars, theJedi set up a temple to research dark artifacts on Batuu. One day,Jedi MasterSylwin and her padawan,Ady Sun'Zee found one of theseDark Relic, and brought it back to the Temple for research. But the relic was powerful, and turned them all against each other. Master Sylein put up a fight, but was lost. Ady hit the distress beacon to warn the council, and blacked out. When she came to, she was in the Temple, and was being attacked byDemlins that were corrupted by the artifact. She held her own, using herLightsaberMaster Yoda appears. He had gotten wind of the distress beacon, and had come to help. Master Yoda said that it had been three days since the distress call was sent. Yoda then went alone to contain the relic. Despite Master Yoda's Orders, Ady followed him into the Temple.[9]

The security system in the Temple activated, and Ady battled more demlins, and security droids, and when finished, Ady resumed her search for the Artifact. She found a fake version, and when she touched it, it glowed red, and created vines all over the Temple. Ady used her lightsaber to cut her way through, until she found the real artifact. Ady grabbed it, and heard master Sylwins voice telling her that she would never be a Jedi. Ady cut her way through more vines, until she arrives in a room with master Yoda calmly, sitting down. Master Yoda tells her that it was her fault, and under the influence of the artifact, she killed everyone in the Temple. Demlins then emerged from the floor, and dragged Master Yoda down into a Chasm, while Ady's lightsaber failed to work. The walls were ripped away to reveal a swirling storm of red clouds and rock. Ady fought more and more demlins, until she heard Master Yoda's voice telling her that her weapon was not needed. Ady placed her Lightsaber on the glowing white pedestal, and everything went black. Ady woke up to Master Yoda usingThe Force to fight against the artifact, and she saw he was being overpowered. Yoda asked Ady for help, and together, they contained the artifact. Yoda sealed of the Temple, and reassured Ady that she can fight the Darkness within her. Seezelslak then finished his tale by saying that Ady hid the keys to the Temple somewhere on Batuu.[9]
