Spennie was a native ofCoruscant[1] and served as a member of theResistance'sCobalt Squadron during thewar against theFirst Order. Spennie served as the tailgunner of theResistance bomberCobalt Hammer during theAtterra campaign[4] and later theevacuation ofD'Qar.[6] Right before the battle she reported that her gun turret's systems were green. She waskilled when her bomber was destroyed during its successful attack run against theMandator IV-class Siege DreadnoughtFulminatrix.[3]

Spennie was afemale[4] who enjoyed listening to old recordings of spaceyacht races during her downtime. She occasionally letRose Tico take over the rear turret to make visual observations.[7]
