Shield of Lies is aStar Wars Legends novel that was written byMichael P. Kube-McDowell. It is the second novel ofThe Black Fleet Crisis trilogy, and it was published byBantam Spectra inSeptember,1996. It was followed byTyrant's Test later that year.
