Separatist high command was a command organization within theConfederacy military during theClone Wars. Amongst its members wasCountDooku,^[2] the leader of the Separatist movement.^[1] Separatist Command orderedDoctorAiyah Pellorean to cease work onTest Unit 08-B until the war was finished to ensure it would not be used againstbattle droids.^[3] Following Dooku'sdemise in theBattle of Coruscant and the subsequent death ofGeneralGrievous during theBattle of Utapau,^[4] the Separatist command structure crumbled.^[5]
