SG-1984 was aSenate Commando,^[1] an elitesoldier of theSenate Guard,^[2] who served theGalactic Republic during theClone Wars. Thecommando was attached to thesecurity force that accompaniedSupreme ChancellorSheev Palpatine to hishomeplanet ofNaboo for theFestival of Light. Asthe Naboo celebrated the anniversary of their union with the Republic, SG-1984 was approached byDerrown, aParwanbounty hunterdisguised as aSenate Commando. Theholographic facade deceived SG-1984, who continued to patrol the area while Derrown carried out his part in theSeparatistconspiracy to abduct the chancellor.^[1]
