In25 ABY,[1] while under the command ofCommanderWarshack Rojo, the vessel was serving as the centerpiece of a task force based atOrd Mantell, and was the nearest majorwarship toDubrillion in theOuter Rim—though even then, she was three days away at flankhyperspace speeds from theworld.
When theStar Destroyer was called upon to assistLando Calrissian's colony, theRejuvenator arrived with her task force, consisting of a dozen of warships, including a number of smallercruisers, sixRanger-class gunships, cargo support, and even a crewtransport. In spite of Rojo's confidence going into the battle, the ship and most of its task group were destroyed by thePraetorite Vong in theBattle of Helska IV, the first major engagement of theYuuzhan Vong War.
