TheGreat Geel, also known as theMaster Greel and theGeeloniran in theGeelan language, was the ruler of theGeelanspecies and the species' various family groups, known asnests. The Great Geel received a cut of all Geelan business transactions[1] and presided over all business and contracts that involved the Geelan as a whole. Before thespace station known asZirtran's Anchordisappeared, the Geelan namedWhisk the Elder, who went to confer withAdmiralVence Tabok on said station, was rumored to be the Great Geel.[2]
