Galaxy Guide 11: Criminal Organizations is a supplement toStar Wars: The Roleplaying Game written byRick D. Stuart and published byWest End Games in1994.

The sourcebook is set in thetime framesix years afterStar Wars: Episode VIReturn of the Jedi, following the events of theStar Wars: Dark Empirecomic series, though the guidelines presented can be used by the gamemaster for adventures set in any era. Note thatGalaxy Guide 11 was published prior to theStar Wars: Shadows of the Empire multimedia project, so there is no mention ofBlack Sun.
