GWC-04 was an individual in the service of theDroid Army of theTrade Federation during itscolonization effort on themoonAlaris Prime[1] between39 BBY and36 BBY.[2] GWC-04commanded anoutpost which contained atroop center that producedB1-series battle droids. Following the advice ofJedi MasterQui-Gon Jinn, the outpost wasattacked for its strategic importance byWookieecolonists led byChewbacca, who wished todrive the Federation off Alaris Prime. Five of GWC-04's B1 battledroids failed to protect the outpost, and they were all destroyed along with thetroop center.[1]
