Ciutric IV, commonly known just asCiutric, was thecapitalplanet of theCiutric Hegemony. The planet had at least twomoons, and was subject to frequent yet brief periods of torrential downpour.
It was an industrialized world with a smallshipyard, and was located at a hub oftrade routes.
History[]
By980 BBY, the capitalcity of Ciutric IV wasDaplona. Near Daplona wasthe estate ofDarth Bane,Dark Lord of the Sith. Bane made Ciutric IV his residence after losing theorbalisk armor which prevented him from actively socializing with othersentient beings, and he and hisapprentice,Darth Zannah, lived there for several years.
Ciutric IV was a member of theConfederacy of Independent Systems during theClone Wars.

The Battle of Ciutric
By thetime of theGalactic Civil War, Ciutric IV was twentyparsecs from majorImperial garrisons. It was controlled by ImperialGovernorBrothic, but was later controlled byPrince-AdmiralDelak Krennel.
During theYuuzhan Vong War, Ciutric IV wasconquered by theinvaders at the beginning of the conflict. After the Yuuzhan Vong's defeat, Ciutric IV was situated inGalactic Alliance space, and the world was a member state ofRoan Fel'sEmpire-in-exile as of137 ABY.[3]
