Celebration Day

Outcome

TheJedi Order announces that they will increase their presence on Kwenn[1]

Affiliations involved

Jedi Order[1]
Celebration Day was an event organized[1] in33 BBY[2] by theJedi High Council of theJedi Order—with assistance fromGala Key Arena employeeLyal Lunn andRemember KwennholofeedengineerMorna—on theplanetKwenn. The event was organized to celebrate the bicentennial of Kwenn'sGrand Renewal project, which had been carried out by the Order[1] in233 BBY.[2]

In addition to carrying out the bicentennial celebration of Kwenn'sGrand Renewal project, Celebration Day was meant to restore trust and hope in theJedi who have been caught up ingalactic affairs rather than helping individual planets and their people, including Kwenn. Kwenn, like many other planets in theThe Slice, had continuously become more affected by piracy after the Jedi visited the planet less and less over theyears after the Grand Renewal project, which caused many people to think poorly of the Jedi.[1]
