Cato Parasitti was aClawdite female bounty hunter. During theClone Wars, she was hired byCad Bane to steal a valuableholocron from thearchives of theJedi Temple, which she managed by impersonating thedeceased Jedi Knight Ord Enisence and laterJocasta Nu. Although themission was a success, Parasitti was caught andimprisoned.

Biography[]

Infiltration of the Jedi Temple[]

CatoAndCad-HH — Parasitti worked closely with Cad Bane.

During theClone Wars, Cato Parasitti was hired by fellowbounty hunter Cad Bane to assist instealing aHolocron from theJedi Temple forSith Lord Darth Sidious. UsingTodo 360's security chip for the temple, and schematics of the temple from the Sith Lord, Bane and Parasitti made their plans for the heist. Bane had Parasitti pose as the recently murderedJedi Knight Ord Enisence, to infiltrate theJedi Archives to help them from the inside.^[2]

As Enisence, Parasitti was able to make her way into the Jedi archives. There, she ran into PadawanAhsoka Tano and after exchanging some words, told the young Padawan to leave her alone. She then proceeded to the library and gained access to a computer terminal, where she assisted Bane and Todo in bypassing the security systems. However, they were soon discovered and the Jedi Temple was put on high alert. Whenlibrarian Jocasta Nu informed her of the matter, Parasitti knocked her out and took her form. It was not long however, before she was discovered and confronted by Tano. Despite her best efforts to fight her off, Tano was able to subdue her. It was then that Parasitti told her that Bane was trying to get into theHolocron Vault. After Kenobi and Skywalker failed in stopping Bane from stealing the holocron, Parasitti told them about Bane's next target; Jedi MasterBolla Ropal.^[2] Parasitti eventually got out of Jedi custody.^[4]^[5]

Some time later, Parasitti attempted to disrupt negotiations withArthurian delegates inPadmé Amidala'sapartment^[6] bybombing the reception.^[7] She disguised herself asKarté, one ofSenator Amidala'shandmaidens and hid athermal detonator under a table. However, she made a mistake by setting the table with utensils, which the Arthurians never use, and was noticed by Ahsoka Tano, who was there for security. Parasitti attempted to kill Amidala by setting the detonator off, but that was soon foiled by Ahsoka and Amidala's teamwork and the explosive went of harmlessly in the air above the balcony of the apartment. Parasitti attempted to run away and was stopped with a piece of pottery, in the hands of the Senator, bashing her in the head and knocking her out.^[6]

In20 BBY, she was present inChalmun's Spaceport Cantina on theplanet Tatooine.^[4]^[5]

Personality and traits[]

AClawdite female bounty hunter,^[1] Cato Parasitti was 1.79meters, or 5feet, 10 inches tall.^[3] She hadyellow eyes and green skin. During her work withCad Bane, she initially believed, like Bane, that breaking into the Jedi Temple was impossible, but eventually got the opportunity to disguise herself as a Jedi, posing as Ord Enisence and Jocasta Nu.^[2]

Skills and abilities[]

Cato Parasitti's Clawdite biology enabled her to excel at shape-shifting, enabling her to pose as Ord Enisence and later Chief Librarian and archivist Jocasta Nu.^[2] She also very agile and excelled at infiltration, surveillance, armed and unarmed combat anddata slicing.^[3]

Equipment[]

Cato Parasitti wore a suit that copied the clothing of those she shapeshifted into. She also wielded along-barreled blaster rifle.^[2]
