A cape was a sleeveless outergarment that was fastened at the neck and fell loosely from the shoulders.[12] During theClone Wars, theplanetAbafar hosted a cape retailer namedLand O' Capes.[13] ThehumanLandonis Balthazar Calrissian believed that a cape was a very stylish choice of clothing, but his allyShriv Suurgav believed it hampered the personal space he offered to others.[11] Calrissian's companionL3-37 also once noted that wearing a cape seemed to enhance what she believed to be Calrissian's delusions of grandeur.[14]

DirectorOrson Krennic affected a white cape with hisImperial uniform.[5]DirectorSliro Barsha of theImperial Security Bureau also wore a cape with his uniform, with his cape featuring fur along its top.Imperial officersJayhold Beehaz,[15]Vanis Tigo,[16] andKaido[17] all wore capes.
