TheT-65B X-wing starfighter was used by theRebel Alliance during theGalactic Civil War. It became the backbone of the Rebel Alliance Starfighter Corps. They played a major part in all battles shown in theOriginal Trilogy. Newer X-wing models such as theT-70 X-wing fighter would eventually fall into the hands of theResistance inEpisode VII.
