How it works
Nomination
Once you nominate a Star, we will do a pre-check. If successful, they’re sent a link to complete a profile and finalize their nomination.
Review
Nominated Stars are reviewed by The GitHub Team.
Membership
Stars are invited to join the program and are announced on social media.
Note:
Anyone can nominate anyone, but you can’t nominate yourself. Examples of GitHub community involvement and leadership are required. The weight and quality of GitHub contributions will be strongly considered.
